We just purchased a new HP Envy X360 laptop and cannot get past the wifi “Let’s connect you to a network” screen to set it up. It states wifi turned off and only options are to connect manually and then 1 hour, 1 day, etc. when any other option is chosen the next button does not light up. I have tried to restart it, etc. the wifi is working in our house and on other devices.  I looked up all the troubleshooting options and cannot locate anything. Please help!

What I suggest you do is to set up a local account so you can finish setting up W11 and from there you may be able to figure out why the Wi-Fi is turned off.

 

It may be that the Wi-Fi driver isn't installed.
