I recently purchased a new HP keyboard and mouse combo from Nehru Place, Delhi. While trying to register the product on the HP website to claim warranty, the serial number is not being accepted.

Additionally, I am unable to find any official guides, drivers, or product details related to this device on the HP website. This makes it difficult to verify authenticity and complete the registration process.
