HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a used HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer and was attempting to set up printer however most everything “has been locked by your administrator or person who set up the printer” . I can’t do anything  not even restore network defaults  or restore factory defaults.  Is there a work around for this?
