Hi @MamaBear19,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that your HP Pavilion 22 All-in-One is having trouble connecting to your home Wi-Fi but can connect to other devices like your phone, I would request you to please follow the issue:

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your HP Pavilion.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.

Check Wi-Fi Network Visibility:

  • Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is visible on the list of available networks on your HP Pavilion. Try refreshing the list of networks if it doesn’t appear.

Verify Wi-Fi Credentials:

  • Double-check that you’re entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.

Update Network Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu) and expand Network adapters.
  • Right-click on your wireless adapter and select Update driver.
  • Choose to search automatically for updated driver software.

Check Router Settings:

  • Access your router’s settings through a web browser using its IP address (often something like 192.168.1.1) to ensure it broadcasts in a compatible mode and has not blocked your device.

Disable Security Software:

  • Temporarily disable any firewall or security software to see if it is causing the connectivity issue. Remember to re-enable it afterward.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network Reset. This will reset all network settings to default.

Take care and have an amazing day!
