Hi Guys, I have the following problem. The computer keeps dropping WiFi connection. I use Asus Mesh Network and all the other devices in the house have stable connection except this HP device. The mesh network support WPA3-Personal security method, however, as some of my devices are not compatible with WPA3 I use WPA2-Personal security. When I connect to the mesh system, there is WPA2 in WiFi properties, however, when the pc drops the connection after a couple of minutes  and I use WIN troubleshooting, the security is going to WPA3. I believe, it causes the problem - as I had the same issues with my security cameras, they do not support WPA3 - but I do not know how I can delete or turn off this security option permanently and use WPA2-Personal constantly. I have tried to reset network settings in Win11 and also tried to reset the PC but no luck. If you have any idea hot to fix this serious issue please share with me. Thank you in advance.

Hi@heki93,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP Pavilion 27 Inch All-In-One Desktop PC .

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Try updating or reinstalling the network adapter driver from HP.COM
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
