Product: HP All-in-One - 23-r117c (ENERGY STAR)

My HP All-in-One - 23-r117c Desktop PC came with a Yellowstone Keyboard kit that connects via USB and the keyboard recently stopped working. I tried new batteries and still nothing. I ran a test using the HP Diagnostics Tool, and to no surprise, I got an error for a failed keyboard test. The warranty is long expired.  I am unable to contact HP by phone and would like to by email.
