Desktop - 90CJB6U
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot print any files that are on the computer. The two HP printers are apparently working because I CAN print from websites accessed on this computer. I have rebooted both the desktop and printers, without result. The cache indicates that no document is pending. This problem occurred suddenly today with no warning.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
