HP desktop is not showing option for my wireless wifi. Forcing me to plug in ethernet cable

Someone gave me their desktop computer.  I did a factory reset and am trying to get online.  When I clock network options it is only giving me LAN connection, forcing me to use ethernet.  I am unable to do this because wireless router is in a separate room. How do I get desktop to recognize wireless network so I can get online?

Does the PC come with built in Wi-Fi?

It doesn't sound to me like it does.

What is the full model number or product number of the PC?

Hi:

The product specs indicate that the PC did not come with built in Wi-Fi.  Ethernet only.

The easiest thing to do to add Wi-Fi capability to your PC, would be to purchase a USB wifi adapter.

I recently bought this model to add to a Dell PC I have.

Most desktop PCs that old did not come with wireless networking.
