Hi everyone!
I recently purchased a HP pavilion wireless keyboard and mouse and, when I tried to connect the keyboard my computer told me that I needed to press some key in the keyboard so that it system could recognize the keyboard...
The thing is that it told me to press the key to the right of the shift one (either the letter 'z' or nothing) and it didn't do anything... Now that pop up doesn't show anymore and the keyboard isn't working. Is there a solution?
Thank you!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
To use your Bluetooth mouse, you must first pair (connect) it with your computer.
-
Turn on the computer and the Bluetooth mouse.
-
Ensure that your computer has Bluetooth turned on.
-
Start the Bluetooth pairing wizard on your computer.
