Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums

I understand that you are having concern related to LAN Disconnecting Intermittently

Kindly make sure you have updated

BIOS

LAN Card Drivers

Chipset Drivers

Better advice is to install HPSA

Check for any Security Software concerns

Check for Firewall Restrictions

If still the concern is the same – kindly provide with Hardware ID of the device for further assistance

Hope this helped.

I am also expriencing this issue at my company as well.  We have 100+ machines that randomly disconnect that we still unable to find the cause.  All drivers are updated to latest from HP site.  Replaced our switches, reboot our DHCP server, turn off all our network power setting from bios/windows.  What I hated about these system are when you try to get to F9 function, sometime it take almost 10 to 15 mins to get to the boot menu and now with this darn network connection problem.  If anyone could give me some feedbacks on this, highly appreciated.  Thanks.
