Hello, the computer, I have "HP ENVY 700-230qe". Bluetooth is not working

Hello,  the computer I have "HP ENVY 700-230qe". I much appreciate if somneone could tell me how can I get bluetooth to work. I cant find it anywhere in the computer, and I have no idea what drive is the one that I have to install. I havent changed any of the computers settings, the computer has the factory settings on at the minute,

Here is the support page with the drivers, but they are listed under Windows 8.1


Assuming that is what is installed, then what has happened that Bluetooth no longer shows?  Was there an upgrade to Windows 10?
