Hi @roacho
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Getting Bluetooth up and running on your HP all-in-one should be straightforward, but let's check a few things first.
Steps to install or enable Bluetooth:
Check if Bluetooth hardware is present:
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth. If you see a Bluetooth adapter listed (e.g., "Intel Wireless Bluetooth" or "Realtek Bluetooth Adapter"), your device already has Bluetooth capability.
- If you don’t see it, expand Network Adapters and look for a Bluetooth-related entry.
- No Bluetooth hardware? You might need a USB Bluetooth adapter.
Enable Bluetooth (if disabled):
- Open Settings (Win + I) → Devices → Bluetooth & other devices.
- If Bluetooth is off, switch it on.
Install Bluetooth drivers:
- In Device Manager, right-click your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver → Search automatically.
- If Windows doesn’t find a driver, check HP’s support site here and download the latest driver for your model.
Restart and test:
- Restart your desktop.
- Try pairing a device via Settings → Bluetooth & other devices → Add Bluetooth or other device.
Let me know if it’s missing from Device Manager or if you run into issues installing drivers—I can help troubleshoot!
