Hi my name is Sarah and I have a hp laptop here and I have a issue 

my laptop won’t connect to a network and it is saying no wifi networks available but there is a wifi network that is can be connected to please help me

Hello
the wifi network is active, can you connect with another device?
It is the network at home, or a wifi source for several people (for example in a university, public network)
Is it just to know how close the signal is?
Try to reinstall this driver to start and tell me if the installation is done normally
