Hi - bought a HP 230 wireless keyboard and mouse combo in Sep-24 from Amazon. It has stopped working some of the keyboard keys are defective. Serial No is not recognised on the HP website so I cannot get any assistance/replacement. Please advise?

- Warranty Coverage Proof: Keep your Amazon purchase receipt handy, as HP may request it to verify your warranty coverage. This can also be helpful if they require proof of purchase to proceed with a replacement or repair.
- Check Batteries and USB Dongle: If you haven’t already, double-check that the USB dongle is securely connected and that the batteries in both the keyboard and mouse are fresh, as sometimes connection issues or partial function loss can be due to power issues.
