Hello, my bluetooth in HP Envy x30 laptop is not working, so I have done some troubleshooting and restaring the laptop, and still not working, I tried to uninstalll the bluetooth software to re-install again, to my surprise I cannot find anything to reinstall it.

@Behati23, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check Device Manager:

Press Windows + X > click Device Manager.

Look for Bluetooth or Network adapters.

If it’s not there, click View > Show hidden devices.

Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Click Run next to Bluetooth.

Reinstall Driver Manually:

Go to HP Drivers Website.

Type your laptop model or let HP Detect your unit.

Download the Bluetooth driver from the Network section.

Install it and restart.

Check if Bluetooth is disabled in BIOS:

Restart and press Esc repeatedly.

Press F10 for BIOS.

Find and enable Bluetooth if it’s off.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
