How can I phisically activate bluetooth, since does not seem to be active or conected properly

I need to know how to phisically activate my pc bluetood conectivity since it does not have the proper conection active, aparently.

I do open control panel and it shows as "Off" and whe I turn it on it says "BLUETOOTH NOT CONECTED"

This has been a problem since I bought my pc and so far had not been able to use such feature.

I really appreciate all kinds of help to solve this issue.

Necesito apoyo en como conectar fisicamente mi sistema bluetooth, ya que parece que algun cable o sistema esta desconectado.

Cuando abro el panel de control me indica que el bluetooh esta apagado, al encenderlo me indica que esta desconectado.

Este problema lo tengo desde que compre mi equipo y por lo tanto no me ha sido posible usar esta valiosa herramienta.

Agradezco infinitamente todo el apoyo que me puedan brindar.

WinKey + R and type msinfo32 and give the SKU:    line 9 probably.

700 series is too general.
