I have created 7 support tickets over the past 10 months, which included mailing my PC to the service center for repair. Nothing that has been done can keep the internet running on my PC at an even decent level for more than a few days.
We have Google Fiber at home, along with about a dozen devices that connect to the internet at any given time. We have had zero internet issues on any other device since switching to Fiber, including with my 8 year old work laptop.
My HP desktop will constantly slow down to 1-2 mbps download speed, it reminds me of 90s dial-up watching pictures loading on a site like Yahoo or ESPN.
I cannot get through to anyone that will allow me to bypass the 60-90 minutes of troubleshooting the same settings over and over again and get to someone who might have other ideas. I just spent 75 minutes on a support call where the agent remoted into my PC, and he took that entire time to do the absolute basic troubleshooting that resolved nothing.
My PC is still under warranty, but no amount of issues will apparently make it eligible for replacement. Is there anyone I can talk to at a higher level than standard support?
Thank you
