How do I set up email in my new JP envy through outlook?

Trying to set up my email through outlook in my new HP envy computer. But I have not been able to successfully do that. Any help is greatly appreciated!

This really needs to be answered by either Microsoft or by your ISP.

however, AT&T seems to have partnered with Yahoo depending on what region you are locate in

For a quick start to get things rolling just use windows 10 mail.  Bring it up and put in your existing email.  The app usually gets it correct right away and you can later look at the settings and use the same setup for outlook.,
