@Kitty94, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To download and save a file to a USB flash drive on your HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Insert the USB Drive

  1. Plug your USB flash drive into one of the USB ports on your PC.
  2. Wait a few seconds for Windows to recognize the device. You may see a notification saying “USB Drive is ready.”

Step 2: Locate the File You Want to Download

  1. Open your web browser (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Chrome).
  2. Navigate to the website or location where the file is available.
  3. Click the download link or button for the file.

Step 3: Save the File to USB

  1. When prompted with the Save As dialog box:
    • In the left pane, scroll down and click on This PC.
    • Look for your USB drive (it may be labeled something like “USB Drive (D:)”).
  2. Select the USB drive and click Save.

Tip: If the file downloads automatically to your Downloads folder, you can manually move it:

  • Open File Explorer.
  • Go to Downloads.
  • Right-click the file > Copy.
  • Navigate to your USB drive > Right-click > Paste.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
