If your PC didn't come with an internal wifi adapter from HP, then it didn't come with bluetooth either.
Bluetooth is co-located on the internal wifi card.
So if you want bluetooth, you will need to also purchase a USB bluetooth adapter.
I use this one on my HP desktop PC's that don't have an internal wifi/bluetooth card...
