I have tried unlocking the settings by turning printer off then pressing back buttton 4 times as you turn it back on but have had no luck.  I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this.

  • Did you change the router or your home network by any chance?
  • Did this happen after a printer firmware update?

Brilliant job on trying the steps for a performing a reset. 🙂  What I will be doing is to send you a YouTube link to perform a semi full reset to original factory settings. It gives you complete information on how to do this.

Please try this step and it should reset the printer to original factory settings and later you could reconfigure the printer to connect to the network.
