Please I really need your assistance.

I purchase a new desktop with screen,keyboard and mouse. All is a combo that has a wireless keyboard and mouse. I can't get nowhere trying to set up devices. Unable to set up. It is a hp 21.45 inch all in one PC. It didn't have any instruction on how to set up. I know I will have to pair up but how do I get on monitor' Bluetooth to do that. I really don't wont to return back to store. I like the color

Ok I have this same problem, yet no one has answered the question. where should I go to find the answer?  Sandra did you find your answer? this really sucks.
