Look in Device Manager to see if any of those items are listed.  If you bought it new, then here is something you might have missed

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_5956564-5956609-16

All of those items are available on configuration (special order during purchase)

Computer features and components vary depending on the custom configuration.  All of those items mentioned are available when purchasing.  It appears the M.2 slot would accommodate a card for those.

Here are the choices

Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 802.11ax (2x2) and Bluetooth 5.3 (Intel vPro, supporting gigabit data rate)

Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 802.11ax (2x2) and Bluetooth 5.3 (Intel non-vPro, supporting gigabit data rate)

Realtek Wi-Fi 6 RTL8852BE 802.11ax (2x2) with Bluetooth 5.3 M.2 combo card

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac (1x1) with Bluetooth 5.3 M.2 combo card

Thank you for your detailed response.

I understand your explanation, and based on your message, it appears that the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module may have been part of optional configuration at the time of purchase.

However, I would like to clarify that I have already checked Device Manager and other relevant settings, and there is no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth hardware listed on my system. I also checked BIOS and the HP support assistant, but there are no wireless network features detected.

To help verify the configuration, here are my device details:

Serial Number: Edited Removed SN

Based on this, could you please confirm whether my unit was shipped with a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module installed? If not, please advise whether an M.2 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card can be installed and whether HP can provide the correct part number or support for the upgrade.

At the moment, my computer is unable to connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, so I would appreciate further assistance.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Actually your serial number is posted incorrectly, I assume it to be [Removed Edited SN].  See if that might be correct.

The Realtek Wi-Fi 6 RTL8852BE 802.11ax (2x2) with Bluetooth 5.3 M.2 combo card listed is the most advanced option, but since your configuration does not include that, it does not show up in the HP parts surfer.  It is available Elsewhere, IE: Amazon.com: Network Card, RTL8852BE WiFi6 5G Laptop Gigabit LAN Card Universal Bluetooth 5.2 for 10,...
