Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Could you let me know the following?
Do lights blink on the adapter when you plug in the Ethernet cable?
Does anything show in Device Manager under “Network adapters” when it’s connected?
Does the Ethernet cable work on other devices?
