You have laptop 14s-cr2000tu and tagged Bluetooth but wrote that network was a problem.
Bluetooth is used to connect to the mouse or keyboard. I assume you are running Windows 10 or 11 and not Linux.
I assume you cannot connect to the internet using Wi-Fi. Is that correct?
Did this problem show up after a Microsoft update?
After an HP update from the Support Assistant?
Have you tried running the Network Troubleshooter?
Please bring up the Device Manager and look under Network and see if you have Realtek or Intel wi-fi so I can recommend the correct driver if it is necessary to update it.
When looking at the Device Manager so you see any alerts that indicate a probem?
