I can not turn on my bluetooth device.

I have already updated all my drivers but still can't turn on bluetooth device.

Let's make sure you have Bluetooth enabled on your windows system and bring up the Bluetooth icon for pairing
On your taskbar, click the ^ and look for the Bluetooth Icon

If none of the above show up then the driver is missing.


If the device you cannot connect to is shown, and you still cannot pair it, then delete it and try again.

 

Please provide the Product ID or exact model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
