Hi all:
Up to yesterday my desktop was working very well with my wifi. Unfortunately all of the sudden it stopped and now it is just showing a computer icon with a red cross on top of it. I tried to troubleshoot by myself following several online tutorials but unfortunately nothing has worked. I can tell that when I go to Network connections, the only option that shows is Local Area Connection-Network cable unplugged-Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. In my research I found this is the connection through wire but I miss the wireless connection. I tried to download the drivers (LAN_allWin7_7.031_PV_RTL, sp5337) and nothing has worked. If anyone out there could please help me to restore my wifi in my desktop computer that would be awesome!
Thank you and I hope someone can help me!
