I am now having trouble connecting to the internet. I called my ISP (ATT) and they determined that it was not my broadband box. I bought a new ethernet cable and it still doesn't connect. I was told by an HP technician that I may need updated drivers or network adapters may be needed? Any help would be appreciated; I am not proficient at trouble shooting compters.

Go to settings and click on the Network & Internet. In the upper right corner click on the Troubleshooting network connection issues. It should fixe your problem. If it does not you can click on updating network adapter or driver.
