I have a touch smart 300 pc that’s lost the WiFi bar in the task bar and don’t know how to get it back . I can go online with Ethernet cord only . It’s just like the bars have disappeared out of my task bar and did tons of steps to try to get WiFi but it’s the task bar is where it’s missing and yes I have WiFi to all other products in the home . Help plz .

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
Uninstall a Network Adapter Driver in Windows 10:
- Click the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of the screen, and type Device Manager into the Search bar.
- The Device Manager should appear. ...
- Right-click the network adapter, and click Uninstall.
- The program will confirm the uninstall.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I can’t uninstall a WiFi driver because it’s not there. Yes this happened after my computer was updated. I’ve contacted windows and they keep referring back to you at HP. You currently have no drivers for the hp touch smart all in one 320 desktop. It’s an older desktop and everything was working fine up until this point. I had an HP support agent guide me through some steps, and nothing seemed to work. That agent said they have “exhausted all resources” and could no longer help me.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed.
While doing the recovery there is an option to backup your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.
Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows )You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
