That ID is not the HP model number or product number.  I would guess it is the Microsoft product ID for Windows.  You can find what you seek by going here

https://support.hp.com/us-en

Scroll down to the "Identify your product for manuals and specific product information" and pick which category - laptop, desktop etc then follow the directions on how to find the information.
