Microsoft Windows 11

I have a replacement keyboard for my HP Pavilion AIO 27 -d0230z sent from factory under warrenty.  Now I need to connect it to my HP desktop.  I don't have a dongle as it seems the receiver is internal. There is no connect button on the keyboard. It doesn't appear to be a bluetooth enabled device.  Please give advice as to how I can connect the replacement keyboard to the computer that was previously connected to the original factory

Hi Gaya1239,

This is the product information according to HP Support Assistant:

All in One Desktop:  HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0230z

Product:  3UR10AA
Keyboard:  IC: 5524A-TPCC002K, FCC ID: E8HTPC-C002K

Is there anything else you need?  This is very puzzling for me to figure out, and seems it should be so simple. There's no IR or bluetooth receiver or dongle that I can see on the outside.
Thanks for your help!
