HP Recommended

I just installed a new netgear router a x 4200.

When I tried to go to any website. I get that your connection is not private. I watched a YouTube video and ended up. Deleting a root Certificate. And now I cannot figure out how to reinstall the correct one. 

I'm not a genius on a computer. 

My desktop is an h p I do know I have windows eleven
