Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

8 days ago I started having issues accessing some Internet webcites. I use windows 10 Edge. For example, I can access the my Amazon past order page but when I attempt to access the main Amazon cite I get "This page is having a problem. Error Code: Crashpad_HandlerDidNotRespond

Edge is not a product from HP.  Can you use other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome ? It is much better to report problem to Microsoft

@Hackworth_Alask -- in addition to the good reply from @banhien -- I suggest that you open the "settings" on your web-browser (Edge or Google Chrome) and "reset defaults", and then try again.

 

Or, a much more drastic suggestion: use the "reset my PC" app within Windows 10, to reinstall Windows, while retaining all your personal files.  Then, try again.
