I have the same problem that everybody else seems to have with your operation. You will not change plans until the next cycle. If somebody has something coming up that they know they have to print a lot or maybe a month they know they won't print a lot. They are not able to change it, not even before the period that it starts. Do you understand how frustrating that is? Everybody hates the system because you do not care about the customers and the money they spent for the pages that are not used and as far as that goes is outrageous because I don't print nearly as much as it says I do. I know this for a fact so it's all scam and everybody knows it. Look at your comments. Do a better job
