Hi, I'm new in instant ink. They send me the cartridge but haven't use it yet coz I still have ink on my own printer that I bought, but instant ink is already counting the pages I print and charge me the monthly fee even though I'm using my own ink not there's. Tried to find answer but can't seem to find way to contact hp support.

The billing cycle of Instant ink begins on the day you insert your first HP Instant Ink cartridges in your enrolled printer. For more info and to know how Instant Ink works, refer to this document.
You may also check your HP Instant Ink account page. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
