Other devices in house do not have same issue.  Speed is fast, when connected.

Make sure you are using the 5ghz band (if your location supports it) and "A/C"

also run the diagnostic, if any, in the modem that selects the best channel

Do not sue 2.4ghz as a lot of appliances make a mess of that band.
