My PC no longer shows wireless networks. I don't know what happened, just all of a sudden I have no internet and cannot even open find my network to connect to it. I tried the troubleshoot, and it says to plug in an ethernet cable to connect to the internet. I do not have that as an option. I need to connect to a wireless network. Any ideas?

Greetings,

Welcome back to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Something happened to cause this problem. Maybe a Windows 10 version update?

It could be a hardware problem but you have to start troubleshooting somewhere.

I would suggest you connect to a modem or router using Ethernet.

You might get a Windows update to fix the problem.

Check Device Manager for Network errors.

Check HP's Support site for an updated WIFI driver.

Regards
