I have great internet connection but trying to connect with any browser, it just buffers.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

What speed are you getting from your ISP?

 

What browsers have you tried?

 

If all browsers are buffering then your internet connection can't be very good.

 

Unplug your modem and router from AC power. Let them sit, unplugged, for a couple of minutes.

 

Plug 'em back in and see if this helps.

 

Contact your ISP for help.

 

Run a check disk (Link) to verify system files.

 

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics to check hardware.
