Hi @EddieG3658,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for reaching out — I understand how frustrating it is when your HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 24-b017c suddenly won’t connect to Wi-Fi. Let’s walk through how to reconnect it to the wireless network step by step.

1. BIOS Restore:

  • Shut down the computer, keep the USB keyboard and Mouse plugged in
  • Hold down the Windows and B buttons together while the computer is still turned off.
  • Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK.

2. Turn on Wi-Fi

  • Click the Network (Wi-Fi) icon on the bottom right of your screen (taskbar).
  • If Wi-Fi is off, click it to turn it on.
  • If you don't see the Wi-Fi option, see Step 4.

3. Connect to Your Network

  • Select your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) from the list.
  • Click Connect and enter the Wi-Fi password.
  • Wait for the status to change to Connected, secured.

4. Wi-Fi Missing? Reinstall the Network Adapter

If Wi-Fi doesn’t appear as an option:

A. Open Device Manager:

  • Press Windows + X > choose Device Manager.
  • Expand Network adapters.
  • Right-click your wireless adapter (e.g., Realtek, Intel) > select Uninstall device.
  • Restart your PC — Windows should reinstall it automatically.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
