I purchased the HP Chromebase 21.5 inch All-in-One Desktop 22-aa0012 for my mother last holiday and it was working just fine up until a few weeks ago. The problem is the internet. It seems (not 100% sure) to be the issue when it comes out black screen/sleep mode, when she goes to click Chrome it says the internet can't be found. The annoying fix for it is having to click the internet wifi off and back on the task tray, then the internet will work fine again.
Can anyone please help me with this new computer? I've rebooted/updated the modem even though all other internet connected devices work fine wirelessly and connected. I am very certain it's only a problem with her Chromebase desktop computer.
