HP Recommended

Hello, I have been having difficulty connecting to internet on my laptop for quite some time now and I would like advice on what to do from this point.

I stay at a hotel, so I have to occasionally enter the password any time i use the internet. This had worked fine for a little while, but around november 2023, while connecting to the internet, i got sent to a website for the password. I couldnt use the site because i didn’t have internet, but i need the site to connect. So i am at a loss of what to do because the hotel’s wifi is my only source at the moment and my laptop has become practically unusable. Thank you for reading, is there anything i can do to fix this?
