Hi @Borebe,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Microsoft Edge. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet and that there are no connectivity issues.

  2. Clear browsing data: Clearing your browsing data can help resolve issues with web pages not loading. To do this, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser, select “Settings”, then “Privacy, search, and services”. Under “Clear browsing data”, select “Choose what to clear”, then select the data you want to clear and click “Clear now”.

  3. Reset Microsoft Edge: Resetting Microsoft Edge can help resolve issues with the browser. To do this, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser, select “Settings”, then “Reset settings”.

  4. Update Microsoft Edge: Ensure that you have the latest version of Microsoft Edge installed. To check for updates, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser, select “Settings”, then “About Microsoft Edge”.

  5. Disable extensions: If you have any extensions installed, try disabling them to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser, select “Extensions”, then toggle off any extensions you have installed.

If none of these steps work, you can try contacting Microsoft support for further assistance. I hope this helps!
