Hi @Gopal27,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with the keyboard and mouse for your PC.

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

Follow the below steps as well.

  1. Check the batteries of the keyboard and mouse,
  2. Check to see if the USB receiver is still connected to the computer (if there is one), if not plug it back in - if it is unplug it and plug it back in (this will cause the mouse and keyboard to auto-sync to the receiver
  3. If there is not a USB receiver, check to make sure the computer hasn't lost parity via Bluetooth, by going into the Bluetooth device manager,
  4. Go into the computer's Device Manager (Depending on what version of Win10 you have there are several ways to do this), and check to see if you have any yellow !'s on  or red ?'s on any of the devices,
  5. If there are any of those, you will need to either do a driver roll-back or you will need to get to the HP website and get the latest drivers they have for your devices, and install them.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
