My current PC was purchased from Amazon; The price lured me to think I was getting a good deal; a huge mistake.
A number of months later:
(1) My MS Office 0000 software must be updated 4 to 6 times per month. (This continues to date)
At the time I was using a wired HP Keyboard > standard (0/0 0000-0000, S/N 000000000). This product information was added to my HP account "Add a Product" This information is no longer listed on my account.
(2) I replaced the above-mentioned keyboard with a HP Wireless Classic Desktop Keyboard and Mouse (00000000000, Barcode # 00000000000) my preference. USB connection. One week to date my wireless keyboard stopped working completely.
I have been and am currently using an M/S wireless 0000 mouse (usb connected) with no issues at all.
(3) I reconnect the wired keyboard in order to troubleshoot the problem:
(a) Deevice and Printers > PC > Troubleshoo "An error occurred while troubleshooting"
(b) Wired KB: Alt + Tab to change between screens; no good
(c) Many if not all key stroke options are not working.
I have tried all available options suggested by HP Support Assistant with no success.
Any suggestion from you guys will greatly appreciated.
Daniel
