My wierless keyboard stopped working. The keyboard is completely clean; no connection-buttons, no USB-ports or anything at all. The only thing I can do is to change batteries, which I’ve done several times. There’s no original packaging or instructions manual either.

I can’t find anything in the systems menue, and nothing in the bluetooth connection menue.

Please help! How do I connect the keyboard?

hi

do you have a keyboard and mouse?
does the mouse work?
you probably have a keyboard / mouse kit with built - in usb dongle in the computer !
If you can try another usb keyboard, with its own dongle
It is possible that the original one is out of order.
