HP Recommended
Product: HP 250 G4 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ISP and router operate at around 300Mb download/upload but I can only achieve around 30Mb when logged on.  The laptop has a Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn wifi adapter.  All other devices achieve 300Mb. What might the problem be?
