I cannot logon to my laptop. Pin is lost  it won’t let me use facial recognition. And lost password

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

If you use a Microsoft email address and password to sign in, you can reset or change the password from any web browser.

You can go to Microsoft recover your account and change the password. If this option fails then reset your PC to completely start over, creating a new password in the process. Click here to change or Reset the Computer Password.
