Hi @MRBEE1950,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with Bluetooth with your HP All-In-One - 22-C0042ds. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a hard reset:
- Power off the PC.
- Disconnected AC adapter from the PC.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the AC adapter.
- Power ON the PC and check.
If the issue persists, then please follow the steps mentioned in this document: HP PCs - Troubleshooting a Bluetooth connection
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
