I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to seek your assistance with an issue regarding my HP Combo CS10 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse (Model: CS10, P/N: 7YA13PA#ACJ, S/N: Removed). I recently lost the USB dongle required to operate the keyboard and mouse wirelessly.Since the dongle is essential for using the combo, I kindly request your help in providing a replacement dongle, if available, or suggest an alternative solution. I purchased this product for 2000 INR, and I would really appreciate your support in resolving this issue.Please let me know the next steps or if any additional details are required from my side.
