Product: HP Wireless Elite V2 Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Wireless Elite V2 Desktop keyboard and mouse (QB355AA).  Unfortunately, I have misplaced the USB receiver.  What is the best way to get a replacement USB receiver?

The set does not support 5-Link receiver therefore you do not have any option, only have to buy new set. The reason: reprogram a new USB receiver (if the service is available) may cost you more than buying a new set.

Hi . I have the same problem but the keyboard is the  HP Wireless Keyboard K2500 I have lost the USB Receiver to connect it to my PC. Is the answer the same that the USB receiver cannot be purchased separately.
